Registration


Below is a summary of the registration process for schools in Minnesota. You may visit the
NSE web site for more detailed information or contact the MN Coordinator if you have questions. Be sure to mark MN as the chapter on your registration form if you wish to have your students eligible for prizes from the AATSP-MN.

NOTE: You may only register once as a non-member!

Teacher Registration = $0 (member benefit)

Membership = $65/year

 

Student cost = $7/participant ($4 exam fee + $3 chapter fee)

 

Registration window:  Nov. 1, 2016 - Jan. 31, 2016

 

Have the following information available:

   •Teacher name, e-mail address, & AATSP #

   •School contact information

   •Name of students, gender, grade, and   

    Spanish level

When you complete the process, an e-mail invoice will be generated.  Print out the invoice and submit payment no later than Feb. 14, 2017.  Payments received after this date will incur a $2/exam late fee.

 

You may either collect the fees from students or have your district provide funding.

 

Payments can be made by either check or credit cardPurchase orders are NOT accepted!  Checks should be made payable to:  National Spanish Examinations and mailed to:

     Valparaiso, IN 46384

Prior to your exam date, you will receive an e-mail with teacher and student login information as well as the instructions.

 

Give your exam prior to the April 12, 2017 deadline.

 

Results will be provided in early May.

 

Watch for communications about the Awards Ceremony scheduled for May 20, 2017.
